This is beautiful. That last line especially found me sighing: "...so does the fabric of happiness belong in the patchwork pattern." Yes and amen.
Thank you for sharing from your heart about your journey. After almost five years of carrying losses, your words were an opportunity to say "me, too" to coming to accept my "truer, bolder, and more adaptable self."
Easter, which a friend called Happy Resurrection Day, and which I like much better as a label, also surprised me. I had intentions of practicing Lent, but decided not to. Yet I was caught off guard by how much I still resonated deeply with the truth of it all.
Jenn, yes! It is hard to envision this place or this self without all the places and selves that came before. Marking with you this moment of appreciating who you've become.
Your writing is luminous. Delighted by the news of new life and grateful that you are gentle with those who still walk through Holy Saturday in the death of their hopes.
I really loved listening to this!!
Oh I'm glad! The audio is a really fun addition!

Thanks for listening. Keep writing!

Thank you, Meredith! I have hidden and snoozed so many posts/announcements like this one. And wouldn't in the least begrudge anyone the same choice.
This brought tears of joy to my eyes. I am so happy for you!
Thanks, Larry!
